Who We Are

Graceful Innovation (M) Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-owned precision contract manufacturer headquartered in Perai, Butterworth, Penang. We provide five specialised manufacturing services — electronic assembly, parts inspection, CNC machining, metal fabrication, and assembly & component manufacturing — from a single, certified industrial facility.

Our 22,000 sq ft production floor is equipped for high-volume, tolerance-sensitive manufacturing across a wide range of industries — including electronics, automotive, industrial equipment, medical devices, and consumer goods. From a single machined component to a fully integrated multi-process production programme, we deliver to your specification, consistently.

We carry the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and BOMBA fire safety certification, and our operations are built around quality, traceability, and on-time delivery.

Our Story

Graceful Innovation was established with a clear purpose: to give Malaysian businesses access to a locally operated, full-capability contract manufacturer they could depend on — without the complexity, cost, and communication gaps of offshore production.

Our founding team recognised that many Malaysian OEMs and industrial operators were outsourcing production overseas or managing fragmented local supply chains across multiple vendors — simply because no single local facility offered the right combination of capabilities under one roof.

Our answer

We built one. A purpose-built manufacturing facility in Perai that combines CNC machining, metal fabrication, electronic assembly, parts inspection, and component manufacturing — all under one certified roof, with a single point of contact.

The best proof of what our facility can produce is what we have already built. Our range of smart vending machines — covering hot food, frozen goods, beauty and personal care, industrial MRO, and fresh flowers — were manufactured entirely in-house, demonstrating the full integration of our five core services in a single, finished product line.
