Graceful Innovation’s metal fabrication services cover the complete spectrum of sheet metal and structural work — from initial cutting and forming through to welding, grinding, and surface finishing. We work to your drawings, samples, or specifications, maximising material efficiency while maintaining dimensional accuracy and consistent surface quality across every run.

Our metal fabrication capability is fully integrated with our other in-house services — including CNC machining, powder coating and wet painting, and assembly — so fabricated components can be processed, finished, and integrated into sub-assemblies without leaving our Penang facility.

Production in Practice

Metal fabrication is the highest-contribution service in our smart vending machine programme — and the clearest demonstration of our fabrication capability. Every outer cabinet, internal structural frame, door assembly, panel component, and access hatch in our vending machine range was fabricated in-house from sheet steel and aluminium, to tight dimensional tolerances and finished to a consistent cosmetic standard.

From raw sheet to finished assembly

Fabricated components can proceed directly into our powder coating line, CNC machining for tight-tolerance features, or final assembly — all within our Penang facility. One facility, one quality standard, one team.
